Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1st, 2024

Thank you for shopping with Bee Cave Acupuncture. We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at patientcare@beecaveacupuncture.com or 512 263 4099 to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at patientcare@beecaveacupuncture.com or 512 263 4099.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at patientcare@beecaveacupuncture.com or 512 263 4099.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

8. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bee Cave Acupuncture

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
